Maybe community centres would be a possibility.  I'm sure places like 
the Exwick Community Centre in Exeter would be interested in holding 
meetings, especially since they're hopefully going to get an LTSP 
installation, there's the opportunity to recruit new members too.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the Torbay/South Hams areas that could 
also be used (other than the Shoreline Cafe and Paignton Rugby Club?).
