Maybe disconnect all drive cables (if you know where they go) and remove the cards in the machine and just leave in the CPU and memory. Also it might be an idea to try clearing your CMOS settings? Do you get any beeps? I had something similar with my PC, turns out the motherboard was on it's way out.
