Depends on quality (cost) of the item. For example, it's possible to
buy a server case, with PSU for under £50.00. However, a decent PSU
alone costs over £60, and a nice case, that is one where you don't
risk severing an artery every time you put your hand in it, can cost
upwards of £100, *without* a PSU.
The old adage, "You get what you pay for" comes to mind.
