The main problem with XP is the fact there are several different
versions of the cd for the install.
eg

XP home OEM
XP home Retail
XP home Upgrade ( sure they mean downgrade here) 
XP home OEM with SP2c (new type of XP key)
XP pro OEM
XP pro Retail
XP pro Corporate
XP pro Upgrade  (downgrade here as well)
XP pro with SP2c
