I don't think it can d/l across networks;  Logging would probably be
nightmarish, because different networks use different chunk sizes, for
a start.

I've never looked into that, but it would be possible to stop/restart
MLDonkey from different configs to reduce/expand capacity.

Can be controlled via any browser, or one of several GUIs.
