GPS != sat nav For geocaching you are looking for co-ordinates of something interesting, how you get to those co-ordinates is up to you, unless you use a navigation system. For a gps receiver and linux you will not have any navigation features, with gpsdrive you can overlay things on maps or just look at Long/Lat position but there is no auto routing so that should make the whole experience a lot more fun as it requires user thought and decisions! -- Robin Cornelius http://www.byteme.org.uk -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/linux_adm/list-faq.html
