In which case, debian-arm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or
debian-embedded@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Or:
$ apt-cache search quickcam
$ apt-cache show qc-usb-source

The problem there is that although this appears to be the right driver,
the Debian maintainer is "Debian QA". i.e. the package has been
orphaned.

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=421444

... which leads back to our very own David Johnson and Martin Ferrari

David?
