Router says Up Speed 448000 Down Speed 2464000 (If I reboot at a quieter
time it does go up)

Your connection is: 1465 Kbps or 1.5 Mbps
You downloaded at: 179 kB/s
You are running: 26 times faster than 56K and can download 1 megabyte in
5.72 second(s)

Test Browser and OS info: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-GB;
rv:1.8.0.12) Gecko/20070718 Ubuntu/dapper-security Firefox/1.5.0.12

Diagnosis ^info^: May need help : running at only 51.73 % of your hosts
average (co.uk)
This was tested from a 1496 kB file and took 8.365 seconds to complete

Thanks for the link. Never used it before. I often get 200kB+ max 240 I
have seen.
