Type in haste regret in leisure - no we did 30,000 transactions - EDI was a 
few hundred bytes at most and even using Kermit (yes really) you could  quite 
happily drag them in from the PAD. But then if you pad them out using PDF you 
could reduce that to maybe one a day on a phone line.....
