In all the pages I have googled for you are the first to actaully give  
what the error really is.

Here is their answer to that question...
Unfortunately ,as far as compiling config options are concerned, we are  
not
able to help you and you should refer to your distribution support or
documentation.

OK, well that explains the problem, I now need to find away out of this  
problem...

Red Hat EL 4 update 2 (kernel 2.6.9-22) & update 3 (kernel 2.6.9-34)
   SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9.0 (kernel 2.6.5-7.257)

Can I take a an FC? and compile a EL4 kernel and expect it to run? or  
am I asking from problems?

Otherwise I am going to have to go to a previous version of the module  
and use SUSE Pro 9.2, even that has issues.

FAiling that, I will have to go back to a redhat kernel version 2.2 era  
and just use that.

Thanks for the info, at least I know what the issue is now.
