I've heard that > the CPUs will take high temperatures but I wouldn't fancy it myself. Work's Ath 64 3000+ is currently (evening, relatively cool) chucking out 43c with a reasonable load. Another of 3200+ is doing 44c. The old 32-bit Athlons seemed to run a lot hotter, I remember nudging 80c quite regularly.
