My Athlon 64 3000+ with a gunked up CPU fan runs between 32 and 56 degrees centigrade.  33 degrees seems pretty cool for something so fast.  I've heard that the CPUs will take high temperatures but I wouldn't fancy it myself.

For some reason my Nvidia 7600GT is preprogrammed to complain only when it reaches 120 degrees. Odd.
