Hey, don't talk it down. We got a fair few down to Goonhilly one day from Exeter. The big problem is people prepared to organise meetings, not the eagerness of people to attend. There is never an ideal time or location for everyone, so pick time/topic/place that suits you, organise the room, and the mailing list will sort the rest (equipment, ideas etc). But do remind the list a few days before, as whilst keen to attend we have the memory of gnats.
