Here's the HOWTO I used: http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=5409 If you also want/need to mount the user's home directory on the server, you'll need to install and configure pam_mount (sorry, I can't find the HOWTO I used for that; if I do, I'll let you know).
