This is IMO a wind-up, leg-pull, hoax, etc. "Tristan" probably meant to issue it on April 1 but delayed till 20th because it might have been too obvious. "No tools for defragging a disk" forsooth. And I really miss FrontPage :-) As a blague it's quite clever, but the taste is bad, and surely this is defamatory: "It's a computer program that was initially developed in Finland as a means of circumventing valuable copyrights and patents owned by an American company called SCO Group."
