Hi all, I've been trying to configure Linux as an IPSEC client to connect to my router at home. I just can't figure out how to do it. I've seen the official HOWTO (www.ipsec-howto.org) but it's useless - it gives lots of sample configuration files, without actually explaining what half of the configuration directives do. I've looked at various other HOWTOs as well, but still haven't found a good one. Does anyone know of an idiot's guide to configuring Linux as an IPSEC client using pre-shared keys? I've configured Linux as a PPTP client before which was dead easy, but IPSEC is just beyond me...
