Perhaps this should be an install option, with ipv6 as default but changeable depending on user input or options set during install,

one of the problems I guess when software companies tries to please both home users and multi user corporate users.

Either that or they are trying to get everyone using IPv6,

I don't know any *commercial* users who've implemented IPv6 yet, either... Perhaps I'm just out of touch. But, even if corporates *were* in favour of IPv6 enabled distros, most large users don't install from standard media time and time again. I think this was just a bad decision.
