Unless you are around Exeter, it may be as easy to build it from the
ftp.uk.debian.org but if you are close we can speed the process by
letting you mirror the mirror.

I think I have a slightly stale copy, but still probably several days
ahead of downloading it all. You'll probably want 100Mbps LAN set up for
copying it, unless you want us camping for the sync.

Setting it up is a 5 minute job, you just edit the anonftpsync script,
and put it in crontab, and then link it from Apache document root
(assuming you want http for installs).
