The nature of the services I provide make me very vulnerable to
this form of attack.  In the last 24 hours, Spamassassin has isolated
over 500MB of Email from Win32 users infected with this virus.

The best defence against it for me is a local rule in
~/.spamassassin/user_prefs
score MICROSOFT_EXECUTABLE 6.0

This saves me having to read the junk, but unfortunately I still have to
download it.  Still, it keeps the clutter out of the postmaster's
mailbox.
