Microsoft heading for EU investigation.

Can liability for illegal activity in the production and
marketing of Microsoft software leave companies using it at risk?

If Microsoft is required to cease trading in some sector of
software or to withdraw a product as aresult of EU investigation
of their allegedly illegal marketing tactics, could this leave
your company with an expensive problem?

Best to put off acquiring new MS products, pending resolution of
this investgiation, and look carefully at alternatives.
