[LUG] email issues

Does anyone have the same mozilla build as me, I have 1.3a and there 
seems to be an issue with the HTML/Plain text component. No matter what 
i set the preference to be in Moz prefs, I get HTML emails by default, 
enigmail can't sign them either !!
