Yes, this sounds very helpful, as well as the first bit : )

Perhaps this could be a short bit of the day's programme for the 15th? I'd be happy 
to produce a draft survey which everyone could kick the sh*t out of - sorry, wrong 
context - offer constructive criticism in a spirit of mutual support and holistic 
unity in focusing upon core team goals.
