Re: [LUG] VMWare

Probably best to download it direct from http://www.vmware.com. They have an
evaluation license too, if you want to try it out. It is valid for 30-days.

Incidentally, if you are currently using Linux and download the evalutation
version for booting Windows, etc. be aware that VMWare only checks the license
when it starts. One of our IT guys has has the evaluation version running for a
couple of months now, since he has never had to reboot his Linux box. He has
just kept VMWare running all the time! :-)

Cheers,
Matthew

Subject: [LUG] VMWare

Just a quick question

Where is the best place (on cost) to get VMWare? As I would like to try and
go 100% Linux at somepoint and just use Windows to run a few games, I may
even build a different computer for this.

Thanks

Paul
