[LUG] more news about win2k

1. you have to pay to be a win2k test centre - no really (and don't expect
any free support or apps!)

2. win2k is up to 20% slower than NT4 using FAT16 and even slower when
using NTFS or FAT32 and still can't read UNIX, OS/2, etc filesystems.

3. win2k supported graphics cards don't actually have the features used in
win98 and run between 30 and 70% slower.

Gosh, bashing windows is easy, shame lugs are supposed to resist such
temptation (pity me for I am weak).
