Have you done this exactly (modifying only relatively for your working path)?

"Now ensure your One is connected to your computer via the USB cable, with ADB and root enabled, and that you are in the ~/android/lineage/device/oneplus/bacon folder. Then run the extract-files.sh script"

Specifically, is your phone already rooted and hooked up and accessible via ADB?
