Sorry, forgot to say. The bank is First Direct.
Now that I have made the changes suggested re pocket etc I find that
when I try to log on to the bank in a new session of FF I get the same
problem. So I then close the tab and try again and it works as normal.
I have Opera as a fall back system. Now my wife has upgraded her laptop
and is now on FF v 40. So she now has the same problem. And she does
not have Opera installed. Now I must sort that out. Sigh.
