Probably don't need to change it even that often.

The actual running costs in terms of the electricity and an ADSL/Cable
Modem connection are not going to be that high. Probably cost more in
terms of staff time to do anything other than updating the "guest
information pack" in the rooms.

Initial installation is going to be the biggest cost.
