Just a point here, BOTH channels are on Freenode, so comments regarding the number of other LUGs apply to BOTH... people should vote whichever way they want.. NOT be told to "Vote for the channel I chose". I would also like to point out that any votes cast by Anonymous (not logged in users) should be ignored either way.
