Alphabetical by name, so Aaron first and "webmaster" last, it is just doing a SQL query underneath so I assume it is the default MySQL collating sequence in Debian Lenny for UTF-8 tables. I will have more of a play with the layout options, and ensure if we stick with the grid layout there is the right number per page to fill it nicely.
