If /disks/H is mounted but inaccessible by normal users, try:
+ unmounting it
+ chowning and chmodding the directory /disks/H (after it's been
unmounted)
+ modifying the entry in /etc/fstab to allow users to read
it(uid=gid=,etc)
+ remount
