The new Athlon X2 BE-2350 dual core CPU. It's a 45W energy efficient chip. I was reading a review of it earlier and on a motherboard with ATI/AMD 690 chipset (with onboard graphics) it only uses about 59W. E-Buyer are doing the slightly slower BE-2300 chip for about £50 inc VAT. After reading the review I've decided I want one. The BE-2350 supposedly even overclocks to 3GHz per core although it didn't say what the consumption was on that.
