Having RTFA'd, it seems he's also claiming that everyone will be using Microsoft tablet PCs instead of textbooks within five years.
This is the same man who's said that speech recognition would become perfect and really take off within five years, every two years for the past fifteen.
And, he could at least try to conceal his rage at the fact that Windows won't run on the OLPC laptop :)

Sorry to reply again, but Gates' comments don't match with Ballmer's. See youtube for ballmer's iPhone comments and compare to these... I believe Ballmer actually hyperventilated with ridicule.
