Note the comment that says XP can do the IPP stuff, that saves having to
install or use Samba at all for this. Makes like a lot simpler.

1) Make printer work in CUPS.

2) Make sure that CUPS server process is listening on a public IP
address, Debian defaults to securing this.

3) Add Printer to XP (this last step isn't necessary if you use a
GNU/Linux client with appropriate settings it will just discover the
printer).
