there is openECDL, i posted the url a while back, which is how the other thread changed from ecdl to ingots.

Again openECDL jus teaches tou something, you still have to fork out for the exam, while ingots are much, nuch cheaper, I think they will start to be come recogniosedm esp if you have a certificate and also the page from the assesor guide which gives details of what is required to get that.


Given the cost the more schools that adopt this, the better, at least you can give the children a certificate that is recognised by people, certainly recognised in the phillipines or that the school where tom is involved in as I think he said they are delivering that syllabus., and possbly any country that has open source.
