The Torbay Household Waste Recycling Centre accepts PCs and Monitors.
You need to book a slot online, or call them 01803 208777
If the kit is still in working order then talk to the guys there and
they'll might put it to one side rather than just throw it into a bin,
but I suspect most of the recycling there is for raw materials rather
than trying to up-cycle them.
