Thanks for your reply and sorry for the lack of information. 

The client (me) has a desktop computer with two sata drives and I want to mount this in a rack system with a network switch and a Raspberry pi. 

No warranty needed and cheap as possible. 

I don't have desktop space and need to run several systems for a project I have been asked to complete. I am hoping that I can do this with a server rack.

How about you list what your customer needs are and then request some recommendations? "I want a 4u server" is a lot like saying "I want to buy a car that's 3.76meters long"... I hope you understand how absurd that sounds in a slightly different context.

What do they need it to do?

What's their budget?

What warranty do they want?

Do they have any vendor preference?

Etc..etc...

I can make plenty of suggestions, but more legwork needed your end.
