[LUG] 1-1 tutor from developing backend website using myPhp

I am looking to employ somework to teach my partner how code backend of a website. He is very good at front end but never leant the backend. He try with 3school and YouTubebut need a bit more support full understanding  anyone able help or guide a way of finding someone?
