I have been having a clear out of my study at home. Bad idea. I have
come across a lot of 35mm slides that I had forgotten about. Of course,
I no longer have a projector. So I thought, there must be a way to get
these onto my computer so that I can print them or store them as photos.
So, I have had a look around the internet, and, as usual, finished up
very confused. It seems there are two possibilities, send them off to be
processed by a specialist lab, or buy a special scanner meant for slides.
The former comes very expensive for a lot of slices. The latter, well,
there are so many slice scanners for sale, and they all have varying
reviews, good and bad.
So, my question is, does anyone on the list have any experience with
this? Suggestions, recommendations gratefully accepted,
Neil
