Using Debian Stretch I noted I couldn't create a top level folder in Kmail with Dovecot IMAP service.

Quick web search showed this happening at least two or three times with Kmai for various reasons.

Easily worked around but can anyone easily confirm it's a current Debian thing and not just my config?
