I live i Torbay and would like to help lobby yes.Â
Also I know many creative people and small businesses that could do with access.Â
This scheme appears to provide far more than just soldering looking at the brief on website its for both commercial and educational usage. There is ETF in Torbay which mainly caters for the jobless. Paul have you had any interest with them ?
