Hey There

Hope you all had a good weekend.

Today seemed to get on my nerves the number of DOS attacks I’m obviously not setup for it.

I found this :

Who has setup there own DOS protection and what do you use ?

Matt

IPCop with Intruder Detection? It bans IPs that scan you.

You probably didn't suffer a proper DOS attack, just a rather persistent script kiddie. I get them from time to time and can usually sort it by banning their IP directly on the router. They soon get fed up and move on but it's a major PIA when it happens.
