I didn't notice any outage on Zen over the weekend (FTTC) and I didn't get any calls about any outages at work (a mixture of FTTC and ADSL across 5 sites in Devon), are you sure it's not just localised to your cabinet/exchange?
I'd say after 3 days I'd be chasing Zen to look into it, generally they're very good with resolving faults and escalating to BT if there's a problem.
