Actually a B+ with SD card and case looks to be a little cheaper than
when I last bought a B with SD card and case a few months back.

The ones CPC have been supplying recently have been a MicroSD in
an adapter. The picture with SC13457 actually shows this

Apparently the GPIO connector is backwards compatable.
It's just a matter of physically fitting. They don't yet appear to have
something like SC13244 for the B+ yet either.
