There is just no need for it. It's childish, pathetic and shows a huge lack of intelligence and commonsense.
I'm sure future potential employees look at your emails on the list and ridiculous behaviour like this could cost you a great job.
I still do enjoy reading Phills emails but I dislike comments like those listed above.
