What you can do is swipe the ghostery block lists and run a script to pipe them into for example Privoxy. RequestPolicy + Noscript + AdblockPlus + HTTPS Everywhere + Self Destructing Cookies and a healthy dose of Tor should do it for almost everyone, although less skilled users will probably find their browser almost unusable after installing that lot. I use all that lot plus more, and frequently have to allow upwards of 5 or 10 cross site requests or javascript hosts before a page is even readable but I can live with it.
