It seems its not that simple ( I dont want the kids to be able to shutdown) I think I'm going to have to create a group and then modify sudoers. Surprised it isn’t part of the 'system'.
Never quite sure whether they've given up on the 'standard' groups so and and just expect you to use something more advanced...
