Xenconvert can import/export from other VM formats and OVF is the standardised "in-between" format when converting VMs so also yes. You can also use qemu-img and VBoxManage to arbitrarily convert between almost any kind of VM image, from RAW to QCOW to Hyper-V and definitely including VBox/VMWare standard formats. There is no serious barrier to converting any given VM format to another, just google for specifics - someone else will have already done it and left instructions for you. The tools are always free as well, if not as in libre, certainly as in beer.
