Not supported by the main repos any more chief, it's "old stable" now:

https://wiki.debian.org/DebianOldStable

Hang on a sec whilst I boot my Squeeze VM and I'll copy out my (working)
repos for you... Ok, here we go:

ghost@pessimist:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib non-free

# squeeze-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze-updates main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze-proposed-updates main
contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze-proposed-updates main
contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ squeeze-updates main contrib
non-free

Umm... actually, looking at our two sources.list entries they actually
pretty much look the same to me so something else must be wrong? I just
ran apt-get update and everything worked fine for me.

*shrugs*
