Sadly no. Mostly because the Tx and Rx frequency bands are different.

And note that DSL type extenders such as the ones on Amazon are rate adaptive - at 1Km you're down to about 10Mb/sec. and I bet that was tested on new, clean cable, not stuff buried underground in wet ducting...

The can be effective though - I used some DSL links on a train project where the inter-carriage wiring was somewhat "questionable"...

Stick to fibre.
