i have never looked at centos,so thought i would download it,4.2 gb,is that

Well, I didn't see that coming...

That's going to make life for a lot of sysadmins much, much easier in
the future. I don't know any shops who are paying for top tier RedHat
support on their mission critical boxes who aren't also using a bunch of
CentOS machines for stuff they feel comfortable handling in-house
themselves.

Migrating between the two of them is going to be even easier in the
future - good times.
